Realtors are hired and trained to have your back during your home buying experience. Our family has personally experienced the importance of being represented by a realtor. Long story short, we were building a home without representation and the home builders did not act in good faith and pushed us around to the point of taking away our future home. If we would have had a realtor, I KNOW many of these problems would have been avoided or handled by Kathy, and we would still have the home we designed. After this experience, our process of purchasing a home also came with a lot of push back and bad behavior by the sellers. They also wanted to back out and take away the home. Our realtor, Kathy, would not let that happen! She fought the whole way for us and took a lot of the stress away before we even knew there was something to stress about. Not having a realtor was a disaster, having a realtor was a blessing. Thank you for helping us close on our beautiful home!
