Realtors are hired and trained to have your back during your home buying experience. Our family has personally experienced the importance of being represented by a realtor. Long story short, we were building a home without representation and the home builders did not act in good faith and pushed us around to the point of taking away our future home. If we would have had a realtor, I KNOW many of these problems would have been avoided or handled by Kathy, and we would still have the home we designed. After this experience, our process of purchasing a home also came with a lot of push back and bad behavior by the sellers. They also wanted to back out and take away the home. Our realtor, Kathy, would not let that happen! She fought the whole way for us and took a lot of the stress away before we even knew there was something to stress about. Not having a realtor was a disaster, having a realtor was a blessing. Thank you for helping us close on our beautiful home!

Thanks again Kathy FSBO vs Real Estate Agent sale :) We thought we would give it a try to sell a rental property by Owner during the Summer of 2020. Well, it was NOT a good idea. Here is our experience. Potential buyers had a lot of interest on the property, many showings, but not a single offer. Why? because those buyers were working with professional real estate agents and we were blocking the sell by not allowing real estate agents to get involved. We erroneously thought keeping our price low would bring us a buyer much faster. That did not happen. At the end of December 2020, We changed our minds and involved Kathia Bair, our real estate agent of choice, in our plans and our sell was successful. Kathy started working right away, she visited the property, we consulted with her our strategy, she gave us her input; she run all her numbers, all the comps, she priced the property, sent her photographer, gathered all info, put all her knowledge to work, listed the property and 36 hours later we were under contract. We received multiple offers. We got a great offer above asking price. 30 days later we closed on that property. Moral of the story: Work with Kathia Bair our real estate agent of choice.
